For Participants And Teams
Official registration for Afrobot 2025 competitions will open on June 9th and close on 21th. Please follow our social media channels.
Afrobot 2025 will feature four headline competitions:
1- Robot Fight Championship, powered by CSCC Blida.
2- Line Follower Challenge, powered by Petrolium Club Skikda.
3- All-Terrain Robot Obstacle Course, powered by AST Club.
4- Robotic Ball Tournament - Spark League, powered by Spark(VIC).
Detailed rules for each competition will be available on our website and sent to registered teams.
Yes, each competition category has its own detailed set of rules, robot construction specifications (e.g., weight limits, permitted materials, safety features), and judging criteria. These official documents will be provided to all registered teams and made available on our website.
Absolutely! Afrobot encourages participation from all skill levels. If you're new, consider forming a team for a more accessible competition category or attending our introductory workshops. As a spectator, you'll find plenty to see and learn!

Logistics And On-Site
The easiest way is to take the metro and reach the “Jardin d’essai” station then take the “Téléphérique” to Maqam Echahid. We will share more detailed logistical information closer to the event.
Yes, we plan to have a selection of local food and beverage vendors on-site for attendees.
Safety is our top priority. All robotics competitions, especially combat robotics, will take place in specially designed, safety-enclosed arenas. All participating robots must pass mandatory safety inspections. First aid services will also be available on-site.
